Finally, I found the solution from Google to solve the problem by pointing to the microsoft site. Title of the article: "Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats", and the name of the file: “FileFormatConverters.exe”, its size approximately 27 Mb.
By installing the Compatibility Pack in addition to Microsoft Office 2000, Office XP, or Office 2003, we will be able to open, edit, and save files using the file formats new to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007. The Compatibility Pack can also be used in conjunction with the Microsoft Office Word Viewer 2003, Excel Viewer 2003, and PowerPoint Viewer 2003 to view files saved in these new formats.

As a user Microsoft Office 2003, initially I was confused when there are files in the Microsoft Office 2007 which had extention: .docx (for MS Word), .xlsx (for MS Excel), .pptx (for MS PowerPoint). Could be to open the files by installing MS Office 2007 or we have to go and borrow a neighbor's computer and then save as the files in a format MS Office 2003. But this way is not effective.

Microsoft ofice xp 2007 is the best, but the price is still expensive, hehehe
It's important to upgrade to MS Office 2007, since I still use MS Office 2003 as well. However I found it strange with its unfamiliar new tools. I need time to have a control on it :-)
